And so I’m now getting a card that is for rewards and I have no cash yet so the young man who wasn’t so pleasant really either tells me that they can’t load points that they can’t get cash of a card but they have a atm. She points me to a machine kiosk and rolls her eyes and walked away I press the button on the kiosk and after searching around realize I need a card to use this kiosk like a rewards card so I go ask someone also rude and they point me to a line and I wait for like 7 or 8 people no problem and when I get to the counter the gentleman tells me I don’t need a card just use cash at the table and slots.
So I go in the casino and I need to get cash out so I ask a young lady who was very snooty and acted as if I was wasting her time, where I can get a card and load cash on it.
